Brainbench Certification
BCIP is designed to help individuals develop and validate their skills in Internet-related technologies. A BCIP certification offers structured and reliable evidence that an individual has the necessary Internet skill competencies to excel in the industry. BCIP tests adhere to ISO 9001 certification standards and test development procedures.
The key differentiator of the BCIP program from other Internet Certification Programs is its openness and flexibility. Individuals have the ability to structure their certification program around products and technologies based on their skill sets and job requirements, rather than a predefined set of technologies. In addition, users have the convenience of completing the certification exams over the web through the Brainbench web site.
CTTC offers the Web Design certification. To complete this certification a combination of core concept and application, or technology specific, tests must be completed. A core concept test will assess the individual on his or her knowledge of the fundamentals of the certification. Individuals will be able to select the application and technology specific test that best suit their skills from an approved list. We have designed our program so that our students will achieve double certifications in Page Layout and Graphic Design Concentrations.
The Page Layout Concentration of the Web Designer Certification allows individuals to certify their skills in Web Design, specifically navigation, layout, use of links, windows, forms, and short cuts. This certification is targeted towards individuals who design the page structures that ensure the ease of navigation and organization of information of professional web sites.
The Graphic Design Concentration allows individuals to certify their skills in the knowledge required to design effective and attractive web pages. The skills used in Graphic Design for the web include use of color, typography, buttons, and animation. This certification is targeted towards those who design the appearance and style of professional web sites.
This internet Web Design Certificate is designed to prepare students for specialized Internet careers. Students will learn the basics of web design including designing a site structure and creating Web documents. Completion of this curriculum will prepare students for Brainbench Certified Internet Professional tests as a Professional Web Designer with a concentration in both Page Layout and Graphic Design.
