Prerequisites for this class are the knowledge and skills to install, configure, and operate basic network infrastructures. Holding the CCNA is highly recommended.
CCDP – The CCDP (Cisco Certified Design Professional) certification indicates advanced or journeyman knowledge of network design. With a CCDP, a professional can design routed and switched networks involving LAN, WAN, and dial-up access services, applying modular design practices, and making sure the whole solution responds optimally to the business and technical needs and is designed to be highly available. Content and Storage Application Networking, Voice/Video Applications and critical modern infrastructure services such as wireless access, and network services such as security and management, QoS, and multicast, are also included. ARCH, the CCDP course, addresses mainly network solutions and services, building upon DESHN, the CCDA course. The case studies shown by the instructor and worked out by the students throughout the courses complemented by OPNET simulation exercises are a very powerful way to reinforce the theory and best practices taught. You must hold a CCNA and CCDA before attempting this curriculum.

CCSP holders are actively involved in developing business solutions and designing and delivering multiple levels of security departments. You must hold either a CCNA or CCIP certification to try this curriculum.
